Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of branch activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Represent the company at branch-level events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
