📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other support staff.,Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and sanitation standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, inventory management, and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
