As a Deputy Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Monitor front desk operations and ensure all procedures are followed correctly.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
