• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders.
• Following health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

• Adhering to the restaurant's policies and procedures, including shift schedules and dress codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
