In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
