📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the company's management team.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or ACCA.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and tax planning.
• Experience using accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
