PT Cakrawala Cendana is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bantul. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or fleet management and a passion for maintaining high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the management of fuel and vehicle expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
