Duta Umar Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our coffee shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for customers and staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee preparation and quality standards.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
