📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and present business proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
