• Oversee the daily operations of Shopee's warehouses and delivery fleets in Bali.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for warehouse and delivery operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a focus on e-commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
