📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the administration of HR information systems and databases.,Support the HR team in conducting HR audits and assessments.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing HR compliance and legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR information systems and databases.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
