Facilities Maintenance Officer

Cinepolis Indonesia is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team in Karawaci, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing cinema facilities across Indonesia, ensuring that our cinemas remain in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for cinema facilities nationwide.
• Manage and optimize maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of cinema equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and seating.
• Ensure that all facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of maintenance activities and budget performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the cinema industry.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for cinema facilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
