In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets.,Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely product picking and packing.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as required.
