📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Review financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Identify areas for improvement in internal control systems and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in financial operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on internal control procedures and audit techniques.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control systems.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
