📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting areas of strength and improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify audit opportunities.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
