📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or individual with limited experience in recruitment or human resources.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented with good time management skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and automotive industry is a plus.
