📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.,Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing daily operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
