Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the talent market.,Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
