Asia Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about tax planning and compliance to take on a leadership role and drive our tax strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax consulting, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax consulting projects from inception to completion.,Provide tax advice and recommendations to clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies for clients in various industries.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate and individual tax filings.,Conduct training and mentoring for junior tax consultants.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with tax software and tools is a plus.
