📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR-related software.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
