📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Visit and engage with dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
