📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations,Reviewing financial statements and other financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to mitigate those risks,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and other stakeholders,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing,Participating in continuous learning and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the natural resources, property, or food industry,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
