FLUX Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our company's strategic goals.

As a Senior Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the entire procurement process, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities support business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
