📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our laundry services,Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents,Develop user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development and maintenance of our website and other digital platforms,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Familiarity with laundry industry standards and terminology,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
