• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced ventilation systems
• Monitor air quality and manage airflow to ensure the safety and efficiency of mining operations
• Work with a team of engineers and technicians to implement new ventilation technologies

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of ventilation equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine ventilation management
• Strong understanding of ventilation systems, including fans, ducts, and air quality monitoring equipment
• Proficiency in using ventilation software such as Ventsim, MineVent, or similar
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to mine ventilation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
