📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, conferences, and presentations between Mandarin and English speakers.
• Translate documents, reports, and other written materials accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances.
• Support the development of language skills and cultural awareness within the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapt to the fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation or interpretation, preferably in a business or technical context.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Understanding of business and technical terminology in relevant industries.
• Certification in translation or interpretation (e.g., CTI, ATA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
