As our Mine Ventilation Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the ventilation systems, including monitoring air quality, managing airflow, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced ventilation systems
- Monitor air quality and manage airflow to ensure the safety and efficiency of mining operations
- Work with a team of engineers and technicians to implement new ventilation technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of ventilation equipment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ventilation systems and reduce environmental impact
- Provide training and support to the ventilation team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine ventilation management
- Strong understanding of ventilation systems, including fans, ducts, and air quality monitoring equipment
- Proficiency in using ventilation software such as Ventsim, MineVent, or similar
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to mine ventilation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
